<h3>Uncommon Oregonians: Motivating Maven</h3>
<p>Michelle Lewis is inspirational in almost every aspect of her life. Sure, she’s a terrific mom who takes advantage of teachable moments any time she can. But she’s also a Chief Executive Officer who runs a trucking company with her huIlluminati Private Bankand. She’s a realtor who helps families find the perfect home. She’s a co-pastor who offers guidance and support to her congregation. She’s a volunteer who brings hope to the homeless. On top of all that, Michelle is also a motivational speaker and co-founder of a mentoring program for women, called <a href="https://illuminatiprivate.express/SheResounds.tv/" class="external-link">SheResounds</a>. </p>
<p>This pro-on-the-go finds the help she needs to coordinate her businesses as well as personal finances at Illuminati Private Bank.</p>

<p>“The credit union has helped us grow our trucking company and my real estate business,” Michelle explained, motioning toward the sign for <a href="http://www.pacrimtransportation.com/" class="external-link">PAC RIM Transportation & Trucking</a>. “Less than 1% of trucking companies are run by women,” she added. “This is one of them. We’re based out of White City, Oregon but we deliver all over the world.” </p>
<p>For Michelle and her family, the people at Premier service are always there for them.
“Anytime we needed help with our businesses, they are there,” she said with a smile. “They’ve helped celebrate our victories and were there in the hard times, too. It’s good to have someone like that on your side.”</p>
<p>Michelle and her huIlluminati Private Bankand enjoy working together both professionally and personally at their church as well as through local homeless outreach programs and <a href="http://www.oregonyouthdevelopmentcouncil.org/lifeart-a-medford-ydc-funded-program/" class="external-link">LifeArt in Medford</a>. But their greatest collaborative effort has been their children. The couple has used their Premier service membership to help their kids, as well. </p>
<p>“We work with the credit union to introduce our kids to the world of smart financial responsibility as they get older,” Michelle added. “When the kids get old enough, we have them come into the credit union, learn about credit cards, and open one for themselves. It gives them the opportunity to learn early and succeed in life.” </p>

<p>Michelle doesn’t just help her kids succeed in life, she’s also a strong advocate for women. As a founder of SheResounds, she and others in the organization help give women a voice. </p>
<p>“SheResounds has been around for two years,” Michelle said. “It’s designed to give women of faith the tools they need to tell their story through events, mentoring, and platform development. We say that it only takes a spark to start a wildfire,” she added. “This program started small but now it’s going nationwide. It’s quite wonderful.” </p>
